Sisters in Crime is holding their annual SinC Into Great Writing at this year's Bouchercon By the Bay in San Francisco, October 14-17. The workshop will be held at the Hyatt Regency (where the conference will take place), the day before Bouchercon begins. You don't have to be registered for the conference to attend this one-day workshop, nor do you have to be a member of Sisters in Crime—but it's discounted for members, so if you join the organization, you'll save money. The headliner is Elizabeth Lyon, editor and author of Manuscript Makeover, a Writer's Guide to Fiction, and the Sell-Your-Novel Tool Kit.
Speaking of Bouchercon, a reminder to authors that if you want to be on a panel, you must register by June 30.
