Holiday Whimsy

Looking for a gift for that mystery-loving fiend who has everything? I stumbled across a few items that might be appropriate.

From the Mutter Museum of Philadelphia, home of some of the strangest and creepiest exhibits you'll ever see, how about death mints, "soap lady" soap (from a corpse in the museum of a woman who's held the same tortured pose for more than 130 years) or a cuddly faux-leather black heart?

If your giftee can't get enough CSI from TV alone, you might consider crime-scene toilet paper rolls or bandages (a/k/a "plasters" in the UK) or a chalk-outline mug featuring character quotations from Castle.

In the miscellaneous category, we have an ever-popular chocolate creation, in the form of a five-piece police kit, complete with handcuffs, badge and radio; a "dead Fred" pen holder; and edible spy paper (the latter two courtesy of the Spy Museum in D.C.).
