You may not think of January when you think of writers' and readers' conferences, but in fact, there are several such events coming up this very month. From the Baker Street Irregulars, to the ALA Midwinter Meeting, to Murder Goes South, the fun stretches from California to New York, through Pennsvylania and down to Georgia.
